Owner, Brad Smith, of Flat Fee Realty, LLC left the RE/MAX network for one reason and one reason only...a lack of choices for his clientele. Brad, a licensed broker here in Middle Tennessee, founded Flat Fee Realty after careful consideration. "The market has changed and home values have declined. This has put thousands of homeowners whom need or want to sell their home in a difficult position."

Our History
We were founded on the belief that selling or buying a home could be faster, easier and more cost efficient. On December 1, 2009, this belief was turned into a reality when our concept was launched. Three weeks later, on December 23, 2009, Flat Fee Realty celebrated the acceptance of its first real estate offer. Since then, we have continued to expand our services, offering excellent service, savings, and convenience to clients throughout Middle Tennessee.
